A referral service, not a contractor
We don't run our own crews. When you call, we connect you with an independent local heating and cooling contractor that serves your area. They diagnose the system, give you the price and do the work. Any agreement for work is between you and that company, on its own terms and price. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its work.
Information on this site
Pages describe heating and cooling problems and how they are typically fixed. They are general information, not an assessment of your system, and not an offer to do work at any price. Cost ranges are planning figures, not quotes or price guarantees.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact and property details.
- Have the owner's or landlord's authority to request work.
- Don't misuse the site or make false requests.
Contact permission
By calling, you agree that we and the contractor we connect you with may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time.
Content and liability
Text, layout and images belong to AC Repair Chandler or are used with permission. Photos are illustrations. The site is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses from using it, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
