We don't run our own crews. When you call, we connect you with an independent local heating and cooling contractor that serves your area. They diagnose the system, give you the price and do the work. We don't control and can't guarantee the work, pricing, schedule or availability of any contractor.

What this site can and can't tell you

No two systems are the same. Only an inspection can show what yours needs. Nothing here is a diagnosis or professional advice.

Cost ranges

Prices on this site are typical planning ranges for common jobs, not quotes, local averages or a price guarantee. The contractor sets the price for your job.

Licensing

HVAC contractors in Arizona are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors; look up the licence number at roc.az.gov. Technicians who handle refrigerant need EPA Section 608 certification.

Photos

Photos, including people, vehicles and uniforms, are illustrations. They don't show a specific contractor, crew or job.

Heat safety

Extreme heat can be dangerous. If anyone shows signs of heat illness, call 911. Don't wait for a repair to move vulnerable people somewhere cool.
