Complaints
Last updated: October 30, 2026
We don't run our own crews. When you call, we connect you with an independent local heating and cooling contractor that serves your area. They diagnose the system, give you the price and do the work. If something goes wrong, here is how to raise it.
A problem with the work or the contractor
The contractor you hired is responsible for its work, price and warranty. Contact it first and put your complaint in writing. If that doesn't resolve it:
- File a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, which licenses contractors and handles complaints about workmanship.
- For billing or sales practices, contact the Arizona Attorney General's consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau.
- Tell us. We can stop referring to a company that doesn't treat customers properly.
A problem with this site or the referral
If something on this site was wrong, a call was handled badly, or no contractor followed up with you, call (928) 543-0990 or email contact@acchandleraz.com with the date and what happened. We reply within five business days.
